Context & Teachings:
This lesson is a full integration. It builds on the previous practices—emotional awareness, somatic release, reflection—and brings them together in a guided meditation to help you let go of guilt with grace. You’ll be invited to visualize setting down your burden, walking away from old stories, and stepping into a version of yourself that trusts, accepts, and loves.
This is a moment of ceremony. A soft, sacred goodbye to the guilt that’s no longer yours. You may feel emotional—tears, warmth, relief—all of it is welcome. You are becoming someone new: not because guilt forced you to grow, but because you chose compassion instead.
